An artist and an heirloom lover at heart, I try to find the beauty in all of life’s moments and
cherish collecting antique pieces and fine remnants of the past. I love the texture and
emotion inherent in shooting medium format film — a fondness that began when I first picked
up a Polaroid camera as a little girl. When I am not traveling to capture my couples’ days, you’ll
almost certainly find me snuggled up at home with my husband, daughters, and beloved golden retriever, or
planning my next adventure.

My Faves
Initially, I began my photography business to financially partner with ministries in Africa. However, as it quickly grew and as my season of life changed- I decided to transition from portraits into weddings. A true romantic at heart, I quickly knew that wedding photography was where I was meant to be.
I am married to my handsome husband Matt, and together we have a beautiful daughter- Emmalyn Rose. We love playing outside together, slow dancing in the kitchen, and going on as many adventures as we can find.
When I was a little girl, I would sit for hours with a Polaroid camera inside my grandmother's flower garden taking pictures. I loved the sound of the shutter and waiting for the film to develop so that I could see what I had captured.
After college, I began my career in the legal field thinking I would become an attorney since I have always been drawn to helping others. After spending time with some special children in Kenyan orphanages, my life changed forever.
