Liz + Corey’s romantic autumn mountain wedding was full of delicate fall colors and beautiful details. Tennessee welcomed guests to an intimate setting in the Blue Ridge mountains, surrounded by enchanting waterfalls, captivating mountain views, and elegant stone staircases. Fall wildflower blooms in delicate shades of blush and burgundy were grown and perfectly arranged by farmer-florist Linda Doan, of Aunt Willie’s Wildflowers. Wedding Planner Jessi Hoffman, created a stylish fall color palette using bosc pears, shades of the changing leaves, and the whimsical wildflower blooms used in the floral design. The bridesmaids wore mis-matched Jenny Yoo dresses in a deep rose color, which complemented the subtle shade of blush in the bride’s Justin Alexander gown. An ombre escort display created by Lindsay Howell, of Scripting Grace, welcomed guests to the reception tent with lyrics from the couple’s first dance, “Settle Down With Me.” The Bride’s sister sang the couple’s first dance song before guests danced the night away to the Emerald Empire Band, each guest leaving with a box of delicious cookies (a Pittsburgh tradition) and a cup of coffee from the Telos Coffee Bar.

This romantic autumn mountain wedding was extra special because I was able to work with so many vendors who I consider dear friends. The creative team for this romantic autumn mountain wedding was truly a dream and working with all of them together was so easy and so full of joy. You never would have known how stressed we are all were that it might rain! Thank you Liz and Corey for giving me the honor of capturing your wedding day- it was such a joy for me to be a part of it. And as always, I am cheering for you two!
